State-of-the-art instrumentation arriving soon....

Writer: Karl JobstKarl Jobst

A cyclic ion mobility-mass spectrometer will be installed in MUN's Multidimensional Separations Laboratory this Fall. The instrument will allow us to disentangle highly complex mixtures of chemicals, identify emerging pollutants, and better understand how anthropogenic chemicals impact the environment and human health. It will be the first of its kind in Canada. We can't wait to start collecting data!
